Chaos
Not ironic that Edward N. Lorenz, the father of deterministic chaos, died of something as organized as cancer. But chilling to know that after the "Father of Blackholes" died, Lorenz has to follow.

Roland, This Should Be Included in Our Book!

The Rodriguez Sisters in Seeing Stars With JQ 1974. That couldn't be the Aldeguer Sisters unless Gus decided to go trans that early. Is that Jean Saburit at the back because I have a strong feeling this was the show when the indefatigable Joe Quirino made the famous faux pas: "We'll be back ngarud with Jean Saburat."

Be Very Afraid
Joe Quirino: "Sharon, are you familiar with the current problems we have in the film industry?"
Sharon: "Sorry, Tito Joe, I'm afraid not."
JQ: "What about you Myra, what can you say?"
Myra Manibog: "Naku Tito Joe, I'm afraid also!"
And now, my friends, if you are curious about how Myra Manibog looked like, don't Google because all you'd get would be very, very bad images. As in naughty. As in with the late George Estregan?!

By: Pete Ampoloquio, Jr
PETE-TIK
But things have dramatically altered when he transferred to another network. Mas umeffect kasi ang kanyang machismo roon particularly because he is more giving and daring when it comes to sex. Ha! Ha! Ha!
Kaya as most objective viewers have observed, sandamakmak lang naman ang kanyang exposures at pretty soon, the network is coming out with a new fantaserye with him on the lead. Pabolosa, de vah? Ayaw ni Joross Gamboa ng ganyan. Ha! Ha! Ha!
Ha! Ha! Ha!
But then, does he have it? I mean the obvious asset of this guy that he ostensibly flaunts in his mouth-watering pictorials and billboards? Anyway, living in fabulous luxury ngayon ang ombreng may maragul na nota. Maliban sa kanyang innumerable TV appearances, much sought-after din siya sa bookings, if you know what I mean. Ha! Ha! Ha!
Costume Change
Remember how your cable networks place the Indian channels on the upper strata of the channel list so when you hit 80 and up in your remote, you get Indian dancing on a fast clip and singing on the high octave. In India, the foreign channles are on the upper strata. There is BBC channel because they are British and they want it undiluted. Their CNN is in conjunction with Times of India and they have three news runners so it's hard to follow. The rest are the Indian channels we get here times four. I learned a little bit about Bollywood. They are so good with costume changes and the editing gives it a flawless transition. Forget the translation, though. Here's one example:
ansayasaya di ba? Parang gawa sa Buguias kumusta na?

Actual quotes from Batman and Robin TV series

Robin: "You can’t get away from Batman that easy!"
Batman: "Easily."
Robin: "Easily."
Batman: "Good grammar is essential, Robin."
Robin: "Thank you."
Batman: "You’re welcome."
Robin: "I guess you can never trust a woman."
Batman: "You've made a hasty generalization, Robin. It's a bad habit to get into."
Robin: "That's an impossible shot, Batman."
Batman: "That's a negative attitude, Robin."
Robin: "I am a little hungry."
Batman: "Of course, Robin. Even crime-fighters must eat. And especially you. You're a growing boy and you need your nutrition."
Robin: "Gosh, Batman, this camel grass juice is great."
Batman: "Beware of strong stimulants, Robin."

Batman: "Ma Parker's girl is more dangerous than her three boys."
Robin: "Her legs sort of reminded me of Catwoman's."
Batman: "You're growing up, Robin. Remember, in crime-fighting always keep your sights raised."
Dick: "Awww, heck! What's the use of learning French anyway?"
Bruce: "Dick, I'm surprised at you! Language is the key to world peace. If we all spoke each other's tongues, perhaps the scourge of war would be ended forever."
Dick: "Gosh, Bruce, yes. I'll get these darn verbs if they kill me!"
Batman: "Go back outside and calm the flower children."
Robin: "They'll mob me!"
Batman: "Groovy."
Batman: "Nobody wants war."
Robin: "Gee, Batman. Belgravia's such a small country. We'd beat them in a few hours."
Batman: "Yes, and then we'd have to support them for years."

Heel, Robin. Good dog.
