Absinthe, the drink of writers a hundred years ago, is back on sale in the US. But drinking it is not as easy as having ice and glass. First, you need a special spoon. There are several ways like the Classic French, the Czech, the Neat and Glass in a Glass. It's not that easy.

I've indulged in it but am no close to being a good writer (or painter)....marketing hype!
They don't seem to know how to prepare it properly at The Baguio Country Club in 2006. I was actually surprised that they had it on their bar out there.
Ha ha ha. Absinthe ngamin di insuro da dayta. I think BCC bought theirs in Europe. Is Mel still their bartender there?
