Chilling
What is more chilling than the decapitation of ten Marines allegedly by the Abu Sayyaf? That it happened when the government is preparing for the public criticism on its Human Security Act. They already bought ads from the major newspapers right down to the local weeklies. You think the beheadings are part of the P.R. campaign? Why then was the military response so delayed and half-hearted?

The Marines, though outnumbered, could have won the skirmish.
Sadly, corrupt Generals like Garcia et al spent most of the AFP's money on trips and overseas education for their uncouth children.
Of course there is no excuse for those bandits who had to behead already dead soldiers.
Shame!
Frank, my thoughts exactly.
Padma, Ive always been excited with beheadings and cannibalism. Not doing but reading about them. What is wrong with me?
