Newsletter on Asia Pacific issues now available for journalists

Journalists from the Asia-Pacific region, the United States and across the globe can now access the first edition of the East-West MediaLine newsletter, a product of the Asia-Pacific Center for Journalists at the East-West Center.

The newsletter provides information on important happenings in the Asian media environment, posts instructional pieces on coverage for such things as virus pandemics, and informs journalists on upcoming conferences.

East-West Media Line will be produced periodically. The first edition includes an article on the massacre of Filipino journalists, advice on how to best cover H1N1, and information on upcoming conferences.
