Bangui, Ilocos Norte, where Stephanie Cimatu, the first Pinoy Asian Youth medalist, came from, was described as a "windmill town." So it's only apt that the most famous resident there now is a javelin-thrower. Just like Don Quixote, we throw our lances at our windmills.
