Flash! Cheap Tsao Took up Literature in London
To Kit aka Chip Tsao, vilify him or not, was a third-generation journalist and even finished Literature. How did he suddenly made an idiotic piece now protested by Filipinos? It's a question of satire. Sometimes satire can pull it off and sometimes it's just a cheap, bigoted rag.

The point is, this IS satire. The intention was to say something ridiculous, over the top, on the assumption that everyone would know that it was a parody of a point of view which both he and his readers held in contempt.
The fact that it didn't come across like this is unfortunate, particularly for Tsao. But while you can condemn his writing skills, ir's absurd to attack his motives. Come on guys, he's on the same side as you! He's just not that great at expressing himself.
