There will always be a demand for newspapers, the print editions. Truth of the matter is that most of the content on the internet is still written by trained journalists working for newspapers. Their work is then reposted in the most popular sites such as yahoo, google etc. The problem now is that with most information now free and coupled with the effects of the financial meltdown, newspapers are a losing proposition. Maybe the answer is not 'maybe' but 'when'.
