What Obama Means to RH

There will be a status quo on the Roe vs Wade decision, which means abortion would still be legal in the US. There would be no longer a gag rule on RH groups and NGOs and the absurd population decision known as abstinence would be out of favor. Pending natural disasters, the Global Fund would be going to things that matter most to developing countries and that would mean family planning to the Philippines. There would be a huge shift in the US funding for RH and other health concerns.
