Sheker Song

Philippine photographer Anton Sheker filed a case against Manila Bulletin, the oldest newspaper more known for its want ads, obituary and New York Times insert on Saturday, for downloading his photos for a travel story without his permission. It will be the first time that a case on copyright infringement and the Internet as a medium is in question and the first time that camera EXIF data will be used as evidence in the Philippines.
