Well, with all the shit printed in our defective textbooks, and the sorry state of classrooms (and even the absence of these in some places), and with cowardly Neri heading CHED, where else can Philippine education be? then again, someone just hurriedly dumped the old, obsolete logo, because it is now called DepEd, instead of Dept. of Education and Culture. But new dog, same crap. Comment no. 2: Look again, these are unused surplus inidoros and lavabos! Are they American (sub)Standard issues? Who goofed? Who pooped? And who is the asshole who got the tongpats, kickback, etc? There is more than meets the eye in this Duchampian photograph.
