Calatagan

This is the Calatagan pot. It is the first pre-Hispanic artifact with writings to be found. It was excavated in Calatagan 50 years ago and 50 years later, Dr. Bomen Guillermo claims to have deciphered it. No one cares. Sad, because we cared too much about the fictitious "Da Vinci Code" while here is a code that really exists in this country. They would rather decipher what PGMA would next do. Maybe if somebody says that the Calatagan Inscription is about the NBN deal, then the media would pounce on it. Fifty years from now, no one would care about PGMA except for the damage she did but it would be noted that the Calatagan Inscription was decoded.

hi frank! could you tell us where you read about this? did dr bomen write a paper or did you interview him? this is indeed very interesting. i remember last year when ambeth ocampo wrote about guillermo tolentino's claim to have deciphered the 'ancient curse' in the inscription.

Campus, Diliman. Iniimbitahan ang lahat sa panayam at talastasan.
