A mall here in Baguio was closed for a few hours this Saturday because of a bomb scare. Other malls in Manila were also warned of the same plan.
Of course, people expect these things because of Lozada's "bomb" at the Senate where he linked PGMA and her men on the $350 million NBN deal. This had happened before and it seems this regime has become so predictable in their greed and scare tactics. As the late, great American journalist H.L. Mencken once said, "The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed -- and hence clamorous to be led to safety -- by menacing it with an endless series of hobgoblins, all of them imaginary."
