Copyright Napkin
Lawyer Eric J. Heels must be so tired of explaining copyright to people that he made this Venn diagram on a napkin.
He said, "In the middle of the drawing are uses that are covered by copyright but uses that have been declared to be "fair use" by the law. So you can use copyrighted works without permission (to some extent) for:
* commentary
* parody
* limited educational use."
After making the drawing, he gave it to the waiter who gave it to the singer who turned out to be Pinoy and she sang the request. That is parody.
