Pyramid Scammers

Beware of these loudmouths in wifi restaurants and Internet shops in Baguio (and msot probably, elsewhere) with laptops talking about acquiring easy money. They would talk so loud (without even ordering) and suddenly while talking to gullible customers, their phone would ring and they would be talking about dollar accounts and BMW galore. Or else, they would just be talking loudly among themselves hoping you would be lured to them. Beware.
