President Arroyo descended to another low with the filing of candidates. She let a namesake of Peter Cayetano to run in the Senate and Manny Pacquiao to run against Rep. Darling Custodio. Correct me if I'm wrong but President Marcos didn't stoop that low. I mean, maybe he rigged the elections or gave token opponents but not like what our president has done recently. I think only one mayor in Abra went to that extent of having a namesake run against his opponent but this mayor is patently evil and crass. The president should act presidential. And lettting Pacquiao run against the young lady who led the impeachment against her. Talk about bullying!
