Online climate change reporting course available to journalists

Journalists in any medium from across the globe, who are seeking to improve their climate change reporting skills, can enroll in a free online course entitled "Covering Climate Change," being offered by NewsU.

The student will take the course at their own speed and there is no deadline for registration.

The course is geared toward the reporter with very little experience covering environmental issues. It aims to give the student a strong foundation in the science and policy of climate change.

Journalism professor Tom Yulsman conducts the course. NewsU is a project of the Poynter Institute, funded by the Knight Foundation.

The course is free for registered NewsU users. For more information click here.
