I am a Tropical Depression

The low-pressure area spotted east of Northern Mindanao has intensified into a tropical depression and has been codenamed "Frank." Radio dzBB cited a report from the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) indicating "Frank" was 700 kilometers east of Northern Mindanao as of 2 p.m. Wednesday. But Pagasa forecasters said "Frank," which was moving west-northwest at 15 kph, is too far to affect any part of the country yet.
