Eco-Cities

What if the Greenhouse Effect really sink all the islands and flood Navotas for good? Then you create your own island-city and make it as self-sustaining as possible. The Lilypad Project would create floating islands enought to house 50,000 residents and would support a great deal of biodiversity. There would be collecting pools located in their centers to gather and filter water. There are other eco-cities here which are more feasible and most would be using wind turbines for power.
