Pierced Hearts for Alibata

The Neo-Angono Artists Collective will hold a forum entitled “Bird-Monsters, Slipshod Alterations, and Sappy Red Hearts Pierced with Arrows: An Open Forum on Censorship, Press Freedom, and Intellectual Property Rights.” It will be held on Nov. 9, Friday, 1-5pm, at the Claro M. Recto Hall of the Faculty Center , UP Diliman, Quezon City .
The NAAC will present to the public documents and photos related to the NPC mural controversy. Neo-Angono is also calling for the artist community, writers, and journalists to come and support the group’s call to oppose censorship and to uphold press freedom and artistic expression. The forum is sponsored by Contend-UP , CAL -Student Council, and the Philippine Collegian.
